Our prize draws are fully transparent and can be watched live as results drawn. We are fully compliant with all legal and moral obligations.

The Big Prize Company is a new start-up prize draw competition company run by co-owners Karl Williams and Westley Lay based in South Wales (Barry) and the West (Wells) respectively. The parent company is KW Promotions Ltd trading as The Big Prize Company.

You can watch the live draw every Saturday at 19:30 (7.30pm) on YouTube which is also streamed on our Facebook page and within our members only area on this website unless moved due to technical issues in which case as much notice as possible will be given.

You can enter as many of our different draws as you wish but there is a limit to how many tickets you can buy for any one draw. Generally you will be limited to 150 tickets per draw maximum unless otherwise stated.

For example we will sometimes do a higher price ticket draw at £10 with only 50 tickets available for incredible odds of winning. In that case the limit is 5 tickets per member to give others the opportunity. See individual draws for any variations in terms or conditions.

We also have a £250 per calendar month maximum spend limit in order to discourage excessive play. If you feel you are becoming addicted or that another member displays signs of addiction we encourage you to check out available resources. Do spea to us and we can limit your account spend for you if you need assistance.

Every player has a unique prize draw ticket number emailed to hem on purchase of a ticket and the players numbers can also be found on the website . On each Saturday we will conduct a livestreamed show in which a winner is selected using Google Random Number Generator (or similar if unavailable) which will run from 1 to the highest ticket number for that draw (usually 1000 unless a special limited ticket draw). We then show the winner of that prize draw number.

So, for example, if the random wining number is 843 we check who purchased 843 for our winner.

This ensures the winner is selected purely at random with no influence of anyone at the company.

You can watch the live draw on our YouTube channel or via the links on our Facebook page and in our members area of this website. But even if you don't watch the draw we will be in contact with the winner by email within 48 working hours.

There will also be a published list of all past winners on this website if you miss the show and want to check.

Please ensure your contact information is up to date in order for us to make contact, If we are unable to contact you within 7 calendar days from first attempt the prize will be forfeit and will be re-entered into another draw.

No, beyond purchasing your ticket/s there is no further cost to you at any stage. All prizes are direct bank transfers or physical items sent Tracked Signed For at our cost with no postage charge to you. Larger prizes may be hand-delivered to you at an agreed time, again at no cost to the winner. This applies whether you purchased a ticket or entered via the free entry option.

Please ensure your contact information is up to date in order for us to make contact, If we are unable to contact you within 7 days to arrange delivery the prize will be forfeit and will be re-entered into another draw.

Yes, in so much as the competitions are all, without exception, only open to UK residents who are over the age of 18 years.

Other legal jurisdictions may have varying rules around prize draw competitions that we cannot keep up with or change rules for different countries so we restrict our activities exclusively to the UK market.

All prizes are posted solely within the United Kingdom. Any winner found to not be a legal UK resident or under the age of 18 years will be voided.

Anyone directly related to either company director is also ineligible to play.

We also limit players to a spend of £250 per calendar month maximum to avoid encouraging excessive play or addition.

You can have free entry into our prize draw without buying a ticket by simply sending a request through the mail by postcard.

Send your postcard unenclosed by Standard First or Second Class stamp to the below address including your full name, address, contact number, contact email and the draw you wish to be entered in to.

We will then enter you into our prize draw without ticket cost for that week so long as it is received by us by the closing date of that draw. Each postcard will enter you into that one draw only. You can send multiple postcards individually for any additional draw you wish to enter.

We can accept no liability if your postcard is lost in the post or arrives too late for the draw you are entering, or is illegible, incomplete or damaged. All postcards must be in the English Language in standard Latin script (we cannot accept or process non-Latin scripts such as Chinese, Cyrillic, Arabic, Hebrew etc)
