This policy explains the method for entering our prize draws for free, as an alternative to purchasing entry tickets. This route is provided to ensure our prize draws are legally compliant as non-gambling competitions under the Gambling Act 2005.

​Entry into all prize draws run by KW Promotions Ltd T/A "The Big Prize Company" is possible via a Free Entry Route (F.R.E.). The free entry method ensures that there is no cost to participate and that all entries, regardless of the method of entry, have an equal chance of winning.

​2. Eligibility and Parity

• ​Eligibility: The same eligibility rules apply to all free entries as to paid entries (e.g., must be over 18 years old and a legal UK resident, as defined in our main Terms & Conditions).

• ​Parity: Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries. The name on the free entry postcard will be assigned a unique draw number and added to the official entry list.

• ​Exclusions: Family members, employees, agents, or consultants of KW Promotions Ltd and any person residing in the same household are ineligible to enter, as per the main Terms & Conditions.

​3. How to Submit a Free Entry

​To enter a prize draw for free, you must follow the instructions below precisely:

• ​Method: Entries must be submitted on a postcard (or piece of paper, placed in a stamped, addressed envelope).

• ​Postage: The entry must be sent by First or Second Class Royal Mail stamp. No bulk entries are accepted.

• ​Information Required: The postcard must clearly contain the following details written legibly:

  2. ​Your Residential Address

  5. ​The Specific Prize Draw Title you wish to enter (e.g., "Win £500 Cash Draw 101").

​4. Rules and Limitations for Free Entries

• ​One Entry Per Postcard: Each postcard entry is valid for one specific prize draw only. To enter multiple draws, you must send separate postcards for each draw you wish to enter.

• ​Timeframe: Your postcard must be received by us before the specified closing date and time of the intended prize draw. Entries received after this deadline will be void.

• ​No Correspondence: We will not enter into correspondence regarding entries that are lost, damaged, or not received in time. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

• ​Confirmation: Upon successful receipt and processing, we will aim to email you confirmation that you have been entered. The definitive confirmation of your entry is your name appearing on the official Entry List on our website before the draw takes place.

​5. If a Free Entrant Wins

​If an individual who entered via the Free Entry Route is selected as the winner:

1. ​Contact: We will contact you immediately via the email address and telephone number provided on the postcard.

2. ​Account Creation: You will be required to create a free account on our website (www.bigprizecompany.com) in order to proceed with the verification and prize claim process.

3. ​Verification: You must provide proof of identity, age (over 18), and UK residency to confirm your eligibility under the main Terms & Conditions.

4. ​Prize Claim: All winner verification, acceptance, and delivery arrangements must be completed within the time frame specified in our main Terms & Conditions.
